How we work
Step one – client consultation
We start by identifying the client’s needs and objectives, determining needed equipment’s and space management. Measurements and photos are taking in the first stage.
Step two – schematic design
In this phase, the schematic design is provided to determine the space planning, furniture layout, and circulation patterns. We work on preliminary furniture and finish ideas to be presented to the client for reviewing and approval.
Step three – design development
We develop the floor plans, colors, fabrics, equipment’s and finishes which are selected to create the BOQ in order to get revised and approved by the client.
Step four – construction documentation
In this phase, once we make sure all documentation including layouts, millwork, and finishes selections are confirmed to the client’s requirements. We obtain the bids, select contractors and issue the approved purchasing orders.
Step five – construction administration
In the final stage, we monitor the installations and building up the process. We make sure all items are delivered in good condition and installed correctly to finally hand over a perfect project up to our client’s expectation.
